Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety laws and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Select and prepare orders for pickup.
• Follow note-section directions.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Load orders into customers' cars.
• Process orders in the POS system.
• Follow substitution policies when out of stock.
