Job summary

Cedar City Capital is seeking an experienced operations leader to run day-to-day activities for its growing e-commerce subsidiaries. You will own fulfillment, billing, customer support quality, and vendor tools, reporting numbers to the owner on a written schedule.

Work primarily remote with regular in-person days in Cedar City; a straightforward 90-day review and a clear path to expanding across brands are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience running operations in e-commerce, logistics/3PL, multi-unit retail or related fields.
• Ability to show examples of fixes you implemented without being asked.
• Experience building processes and managing remote people.
• Strong written communication and a numbers-driven approach.
• Shopify experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across our e-commerce subsidiaries.
• Keep order fulfillment current and moving daily.
• Own customer support quality and response times.
• Manage subscription billing operations and review queues.
• Manage developers and virtual assistants — assign work and verify it's actually done.
• Own our vendor tools and settings (storefront, billing, support platforms).
• Find and fix problems before anyone asks — ship improvements daily.
• Report daily numbers and run a weekly numbers review with the owner.
