Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking an E-Commerce Technician in Rincon, GA. You will manage the online sales process, identify high-value items, and ensure efficient order fulfillment to maximize revenue from donated goods on digital channels.

You will collaborate with leadership, maintain organized inventory, and keep up with eCommerce trends to enhance customer engagement and profitability. This role requires strong item valuation, photography, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry, collectibles, and art with ability to research values.
• Proficient computer skills and navigation of online sales portals, payments and shipping systems.
• Experience using a digital camera or cell phone camera for item photography.
• Creative writing and attention to detail for item descriptions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value items for online sale and ensure safe packing for transport.
• Manage eCommerce inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with store leadership and eCommerce team on operational improvements.
• Track KPIs for online sales and support growth strategies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment and provide excellent customer engagement.
• Participate in ongoing learning on eCommerce trends and platform updates.
