Job summary

imogene + willie is seeking a full-time, in-person role in Nashville, TN to support day-to-day e-commerce operations and coordinate deliverables from creative, production, and marketing teams from concept to launch.

The role focuses on maintaining website functionality and aesthetics, product pages, and collection merchandising while aligning with brand standards. Reports to the Digital Marketing & Content Director. Perks include competitive pay, 401k, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between the production and e-commerce teams, ensuring a seamless transition of styles from development through product launch.
• Create and maintain product pages, coordinating with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure accurate product copy, garment measurements, product imagery, size recommendations, and other product information.
• Frequent re-merchandising and maintenance of product collections.
• Track inventory and monitor sales trends to optimize product visibility.
• Assist in maintaining overall website hygiene, from homepage updates and collection merchandising to navigation optimization.
• Manage the photo archive for product-specific imagery, ensuring assets remain organized and easily accessible.
