Compensation: $45.90–$51.00/hour

Length of Assignment: 1-year assignment

Our beauty client is seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and execution of global e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless experience across internal marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce and digital design, along with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full product detail page (PDP) process with cross-functional partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all global market requests
  • Manage and update the global animation calendar
  • Track asset adoption and usage across regions
  • Conduct site audits for all global markets
  • Oversee digital PIM/DAM (Product Information Management / Digital Asset Management) systems
  • Perform final quality assurance (QA) on animation packages before market release
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research
  • Drive animation campaign management including project planning, stakeholder coordination, QA, and release
  • Partner with the Technical PM to maintain the brand layer master site and ensure asset accuracy
  • Lead logistics and planning for the Annual Global Digital Forum

Requirements

  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience with measurable sales/growth impact and a deep understanding of the consumer journey
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience working with global markets, especially APAC, is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of current e-commerce strategies and trends
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management capabilities, including timeline ownership and cross-functional collaboration

Additional Notes

  • You’ll support both the Site Experience and Site Content teams:
  • Site Experience Team: Technically focused, managing platform features and creative elements like landing pages. This role requires strong documentation skills (e.g., meeting minutes, capturing feedback, validating briefs).
  • Site Content Team: Collaborates closely with creative and cross-functional partners to brief content assets. You'll bridge both teams, driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • The role also includes leading 3D packshots, textures for Global and China markets, and all pack-related content (videos, product laydowns, etc.).
  • Candidates should have a strong eye for aesthetics and digital content quality.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or social content development is preferred, though not limited to the beauty industry.
  • Soft skills like collaboration, attention to detail, and adaptability are highly valued.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.90 to $51.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
