Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team performance to achieve goals
  • Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail
  • Develop, train, and motivate staff to meet guest service and sales targets
  • Supervise daily operations and administrative tasks, maintaining focus on service and sales in a fast-paced setting
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and expectations
  • Engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years in tourism venue management or 3+ years as an Assistant in a high-volume retail environment
  • Leadership skills with experience supporting teams and fostering a positive culture
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with peers and staff
  • Experience in recruitment, hiring, and performance management
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, professional appearance
  • Authorized to work in the US
