Job summary

Afina is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our e-commerce business to build, fix, and scale the operational backbone across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PLs. This is a remote role with full ownership of outcomes from factory to customer.

You will forecast demand, plan inventory, negotiate with international suppliers, manage freight and 3PLs, and turn chaos into scalable SOPs and dashboards that drive margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce operations.
• Experience with Shopify + Amazon + 3PL.
• Experience negotiating freight and supplier pricing.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations from factory to customer.
• Forecast demand, plan inventory, prevent stockouts.
• Negotiate with international suppliers and MOQs.
• Manage freight, 3PLs, and ensure fast, cost-effective order fulfillment.
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and scalable processes.
