Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Brown Deer, Wisconsin is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations. This role helps ensure accurate order fulfillment, onsite customer service, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will lead team members, train staff, review performance, and implement process improvements within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce dept when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
