Job summary

Kroger in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with daily operations. You will help maintain order accuracy, supervise staff, and ensure clean, organized, and compliant shopping experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, order intake, labeling, and problem-solving with e-Commerce equipment. This role requires flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read shelf tags and basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Basic math ability for counting and simple calculations.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to local, state and federal laws, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the e-Commerce department lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and staging areas; keep equipment clean and organized.
• Report pricing, scanning, and location discrepancies to the e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from division/enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and reviews.
