Job summary

Rogue Industries in New York is seeking an organized, efficient e-commerce operations coordinator to manage online orders from purchase to delivery. You will help maintain Rogue's online presence and product standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle daily orders across Shopify and Depop, pick, pack, and ship, resolve shipping issues, and assist with product listings and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and/or Depop strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Able to manage high order volume efficiently.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily e-commerce orders across Shopify and Depop
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, returns, and products
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and resolve delivery issues
• Take product flat lays and prepare products for online listing
• Assist with uploading and maintaining product listings across platforms
• Ensure inventory, orders, and product information remain accurate and up to date
• Monitor online orders and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized and efficient e-commerce workspace
