Job summary

Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County in Carson seeks an E‑Commerce Assistant to support daily online operations, photos, listings, and order fulfillment in our Carson location.

You will identify saleable items, photograph and describe them, post auctions, manage inventory, assist with shipping, handle inquiries, and help with returns. You will work with the E‑Commerce Manager, use Shop Goodwill and eBay platforms, and promote a safe, organized workflow to maximize efficiency and donations impact.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to operate a digital camera.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook.
• Experience with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proven social media working experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify saleable items for E-Commerce Platforms.
• Research items via internet or books/magazines.
• Photographs items and edits images for platforms.
• Post items for auction with accurate description and min bid.
• Authenticate merchandise as needed.
• Maintain organized inventory of posted items.
• Assist with pulling items for relisting.
