Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED), 1 year of related experience, and basic computer skills to learn listing systems. A strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, production, or related environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/listing systems.
• Ability to follow processes, meet production goals, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, label, and scan donations and merchandise.
• Photograph and draft product descriptions; list items online.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders; generate shipping labels.
• Maintain inventory records and meet daily targets.
