Job summary

Goodwill Baxley is seeking an E-Commerce & New Goods Technician to support both in-store and online sales. The role combines merchandising, inventory management and digital sales to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.

The position collaborates with store and eCommerce leadership to maintain standards, drive performance, and support Goodwill's mission while upholding safety and organizational practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to build a strong sales-oriented team.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and service.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse customers and staff, including individuals with disabilities.
• Know when to escalate issues to a supervisor per policy.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store new goods operations and online sales execution.
• Identify high-value items for online sales and optimize listings.
• Pack and ship items to the warehouse as part of eCommerce execution.
• Track and organize inventory across channels.
• Work with leadership to improve performance and meet KPIs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces.
• Contribute to performance improvements through daily activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
