Bob’s Watches, the world’s leading luxury watch marketplace, seeks its first Creative Director to shape and elevate our visual and verbal identity. You will own brand aesthetics, guide multi-channel campaigns, and directly design high-end creative work.
You will partner with the VP of Brand to lead internal and external teams, balancing luxury aesthetics with performance-driven marketing in a fast-paced, 60-person environment.
Bob’s Watches is the world’s leading global marketplace for luxury timepieces. We have revolutionized the industry through transparency, trust, and an unmatched selection of iconic brands. Our customers are sophisticated, discerning, and value craftsmanship, heritage, and investment-worthy assets.
We were recently voted one of America’s Best Retailers in USA Today's Top 500 list. As a fast-moving team of 60 people, we move quickly, think entrepreneurially, and love what we do. Now, we are looking for our very first Creative Director to help write our next chapter.
We have the market authority, the inventory, and the growth now we need the visionary storyteller to tie it all together. As our first-ever Creative Director, you won't just inherit a rigid corporate brand book; you will have the autonomy to shape, elevate, and evolve the visual and verbal identity of Bob's Watches.
This is a true "Player-Coach" role. You will partner closely with our VP of Brand to lead our creative ecosystem guiding internal talent and external partners while remaining excited to roll up your sleeves and design, concept, and execute work directly. You are the perfect fit if you know how to balance a flawless, high-end luxury aesthetic with sharp, performance-driven digital marketing.
