Job summary

The Kim Komando Show, a leading independent digital media brand, is seeking an E-commerce and Content Assistant to support our E-Commerce and Content Manager. You’ll identify products, manage affiliate links, and help drive revenue across newsletters, social channels, and campaigns.

• Keep product listings accurate, on-brand, and click-worthy.
• Spot trends and know what’s hot on TikTok Shop or Amazon.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and producers to align messaging.
• Track clicks, conversions, and revenue; report what works and what doesn’t.

Salary: $44,000 to $50,000 Type: Full-Time

We run our newsletters on Beehiiv, send daily, and turn product picks into real revenue. Now we need someone to help us do more of it.

The gig

You’ll support our E-Commerce and Content Manager. Think of it as a front-row seat to how Amazon and other affiliate marketing programs actually work at scale. You’ll pick products, track links, watch dashboards, and learn what makes people hit “Add to Cart” (and what makes them scroll right past).

You’ll touch real campaigns, real numbers, and real revenue starting week one.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Hunt for products worth putting in front of millions of readers
• Help run e-commerce campaigns across our newsletters and social channels
• Wrangle affiliate links, commissions, and partner opportunities (yes, spreadsheets are involved)
• Keep product listings accurate, on-brand, and click-worthy
• Spot trends before everyone else. What’s hot on TikTok Shop? What’s spiking on Amazon? You’ll know first.
• Sync with writers, designers, and producers so the messaging lines up
• Watch the numbers. Clicks, conversions, revenue. Tell us what’s working and what’s not.

What We’re Looking For

• A real interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and internet culture (you already know what “TikTok made me buy it” means)
• Eagle-eye attention to detail. A wrong affiliate link costs us real money.
• Basic grasp of how affiliate marketing and online retail work. Amazon experience? Even better.
• Strong writing and communication. You’ll live in Google.
• Comfortable in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Able to juggle deadlines without dropping them on your foot

Nice to haves

• Hands-on time with Beehiiv, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any email platform
• Google Analytics familiarity
• Marketing or e-commerce coursework, internships, or side hustles (we love a good side hustle)
