UMA Enterprises seeks an Ecommerce Partnerships Manager to drive growth across partner sites and manage relationships, content, and promotions. You will analyze performance, optimize product details, and lead a content assistant to ensure compelling listings.
The role demands strong communication, data-driven decisions, and experience with major ecommerce platforms. In-office 4 days a week with remote options elsewhere in the US.
UMA is a leading home décor and accent furniture company with over 8,000 stylish and innovative high‑quality home accessories in stock for drop shipping. Products include home décor, sculpture, wall décor, accent furniture, lighting, candle holders and garden/outdoor. UMA has created distinct brands on over 30 top e‑commerce sites. UMA is B‑to‑B and does not sell to the public on our website, but instead sells products to major e‑commerce sites and dropships the orders for them.
Responsible for managing and growing multiple e‑commerce partners, including customer relationships, product content, supply chain operations, promotions, and merchandising. Self‑motivation, analytical talent, and great communication skills are important to succeed in this role.
Must have at least 2 years ecommerce experience selling products on Amazon, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond/Overstock, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Ashley, or Rue Gilt.
Understanding what drives volume sales by SKU across many products on high‑volume e‑commerce sites.
Home décor and furniture experience would be ideal. If not, a passion for furniture and home décor is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for data‑driven decision making, thrive on challenges, and proven history of successful e‑commerce growth.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
E-commerce experience: 2 years required.
Must be in Greater Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, or High Point area and required to work in the office 4 days a week. For the ideal candidate, we will consider a remote position elsewhere in the US.

Full‑time, $67,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
