Job summary

LG H&H Americas is seeking a dynamic TikTok Shop Growth Manager to elevate our digital commerce presence and drive growth for beauty and personal care brands. You will lead inventory and logistics operations across e-commerce channels, coordinating with SCM, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability and cost efficiency.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or e-commerce operations, strong ERP/Excel skills, and bilingual English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration).
• 2–5 years of logistics, 3PL management or inventory control experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize E-Commerce inventory inbound to warehouses to prevent stockouts.
• Monitor inventory drivers (sales stock, returns, expired goods, damages) and adjust to ERP.
• Oversee customs clearance and inbound processing of imports; ensure on-time delivery.
• Audit monthly 3PL warehouse inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Review 3PL invoices to ensure alignment with contracts and rates.
• Coordinate return export processes with internal teams and partners.
