Job summary

The Salvation Army's Pasadena Distribution Center is seeking an Ecommerce Live Sales Associate to plan, host, and execute live sales events. You will be the on-camera presenter, curate merchandise, and drive audience engagement to boost sales.

Ideal candidates have live selling or ecommerce experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This is a on-site position in Pasadena, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in live selling or ecommerce preferred.
• Must be confident on camera and able to engage audience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience identifying quality designer merchandise.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, host, and lead live sales broadcasts with engaging product presentations.
• Curate and prepare merchandise for live events.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of the live show environment.
• Serve as main on-air talent, driving engagement and conversions.
• Monitor live chat and respond to inquiries in real time.
• Track inventory and coordinate with Ecommerce for fulfillment.
• Identify trends and adjust live sale strategies.
