Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina is seeking an E‑Commerce Associate to support auction listing operations, including photographing, describing, listing, storing, and fulfilling online items while meeting daily production targets and safety standards.

You will upload listings to ShopGoodwill and other marketplaces, ensure accuracy against Goodwill standards, and manage labeling, tagging, and storage throughout the auction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Functional reading, writing, typing, and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfort with tablets, computers, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, photograph, describe, list, store, and fulfill online auction products while meeting daily production goals and safety standards.
• Use ShopGoodwill and other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) for listings and verify accuracy against Goodwill standards.
• Create accurate labels, tag items, and ensure proper storage and tracking throughout the auction lifecycle.
• Pick/pull sold items and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup after auction close.
• Perform quality checks on shipments and maintain organized, safe workstations.
