Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking an E Commerce Listing Specialist for Books to photograph and list items online and to store and maintain the inventory system for e-commerce items.

The role requires attention to detail and strong written communication, with familiarity with online marketplaces; experience with Google, eBay or Amazon, and Excel is a plus. Entry-level opportunity with responsibilities including listing accuracy and efficient cataloging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required.
• E-commerce knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of online programs such as Google, eBay, and Amazon.com required.
• Experience with Excel and online research strongly preferred.
• Strong creative writing ability required.
• Knowledge of digital camera use and ability to take acceptable digital photos for online listings required.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds daily listing requirements.
• Lists all items accurately with no typos or spelling errors.
• Identifies rare, collectible and/or unique items which will generate online sales.
• Achieves an average selling percentage of 80%.
• Responds to customer service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains clean, organized work and storage areas.
