Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a warehouse team member in Kaukauna, WI to process donated items, sort and price goods, and prepare orders for stores. Responsibilities

• Process new and donated items to meet production goals and use team lifts as needed.
• Sort and categorize items, identify items for e-Commerce, and dispose hazardous items appropriately.
• Determine price points and ticket items for visibility.
• Prepare store orders for supplies and fixtures with accuracy.
• Operate power equipment (stacker, power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized area; complete checklists and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Processes new and donated items to meet production goals and uses team lifts as needed
• Sorts and categorizes items, identifies items to send to e-Commerce according to organizational guidelines, and safely separates and disposes hazardous items
• Determines price point and tickets items for easy visibility
• Prepares store orders for supplies and fixtures, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Operates power equipment (stacker and power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift) and loads/unloads trailers
• Must be 18 years or older
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized area; completes checklists and assists with general cleaning tasks
• Other duties as assigned
