Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce support role in Thornton, CO to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with daily operations and to ensure smooth order intake, labeling, and fulfillment. You will lead a small team of selectors and customer attendants, train staff, and step in as acting manager when needed.

The position requires supervisory experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Proven supervisory experience.
• Minimum: Ability to read shelf tags.
• Minimum: Basic knowledge of computers.
• Minimum: Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Minimum: Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute/assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies to manager.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Learn/process improvements directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflicts constructively.
• Integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
