WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is seeking an analytical Fraud Prevention Intern to join our Risk & Payments team in Pennsylvania. This internship focuses on investigative work, information gathering, and logical problem solving to support our growing foodservice purchasing network.

You will analyze orders, interact with cardholders, and help determine order validity while contributing to fraud reduction and chargeback data insights across our global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming orders to spot trends and prevent fraudulent orderattempts
• Communicate empathetically with cardholders to confirm orderauthenticity
• Make and execute decisions regarding validity oforders
• Measure, track, and communicate data on fraudulent attempts and chargebacks on a regular basis
• Work cooperatively with other Fraud Prevention Consultants to recognize trends and update systemaccordingly
• Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customerexperience
