Job summary

Goodwill Industries Group in Granger, IN is seeking a Store Associate for a full-time role in donations intake and online store support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort donations to determine suitability for E-Commerce and E-Books.
• Document, package, and ship items following established procedures.
• Maintain communication with management on E-Commerce needs and updates.
• Adhere to the Do Not Send List and related guidelines for online sales.
• Develop understanding of market trends for online items.
• Monitor and manage inventory for timely listings.
• Pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with in-person donations and Drive-Thru Ambassador duties when needed.
• Provide guidance to E-Book employees as needed.
• Train staff to identify valuable items for E-Commerce.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
