Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle POS transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment through teamwork and Kaizen-inspired efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service; address inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Track and inventory levels; restock merchandise; report discrepancies to management.
• Process customer purchases using POS; handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately; assist with end-of-day balancing.
• Uphold Kaizen standards to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support store operations and adapt to priorities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
