Job summary

Fotlinc is seeking a skilled E-commerce Content & Digital Shelf Specialist based in Nashville, TN. You will drive digital shelf excellence across major retail and marketplace channels, ensuring content accuracy, launch readiness, and a strong customer experience to grow conversions.

You will collaborate with NAMs, Marketing, Creative, Product Management, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality product experiences and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital shelf management, digital project management, digital merchandising, syndication management, or channel enablement for a multi-channel CPG manufacturer or retailer.
• Hands-on experience with PIM/DAM, content syndication, or ratings and review platforms such as Syndigo, Salsify, Bynder, or Bazaarvoice.
• Experience working with retailer or marketplace platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart SupplierOne/Item 360, or similar digital retail portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for new product launches and content updates.
• Develop launch scorecards, timelines, and readiness checkpoints.
• Identify content gaps and prevent negative impact to consumer experience.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, retailer analytics, and digital shelf dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
