e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles.
  • Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Adherence to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  • Train team members in various functions.
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the manager is unavailable.
  • Assist with scheduling and order management.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain supplies.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Report discrepancies and issues to management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback.
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Act with honesty and integrity, following directions, and seeking assistance when needed.
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
