Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
4. Train team members in all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
7. Maintain the intake of customer orders and assign work to team members.
8. Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments.
9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
10. Maintain supplies, organization, and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature types.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Implement process improvements as directed.
14. Provide feedback on team members’ performance.
15. Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
16. Manage conflict effectively.
17. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
18. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
19. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
20. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers

• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired:

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles
