e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
- Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed
- Train team members in all functions of their roles
- Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
- Maintain customer order intake and assign work to team members
- Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable items
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
- Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements as directed
- Provide feedback on team performance and conduct reviews
- Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments
- Manage conflict constructively
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
