Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, inventory planning, or retail planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or meaningfully influence P&L performance.
• Strong experience in e-commerce; Amazon and/or Walmart experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the demand forecasting and inventory planning portfolio.
• Manage category-level P&L, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead weekly and monthly planning cadences.
