Allegiance Flag Supply is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues, and use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-touch service.

The role is primarily remote with a preference for candidates near Charleston, SC. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with flexibility during peak seasons, and a focus on accuracy, empathy, and rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Ability to handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with warmth and clarity.
• Growing mindset with willingness to learn and adapt to tools and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Own issues from inquiry to resolution with ownership and accountability.
• Balance speed, accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction in high-volume periods.
• Use AI tools, automation, macros, and workflows to work smarter.
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date; escalate when needed.
• Develop product and process knowledge to improve the customer experience.
