Job summary

Flatirons Subaru in Boulder is seeking an organized E-Commerce Coordinator to manage online parts sales from order to fulfillment. You’ll coordinate orders across OPG, eBay, Subaru of the Rockies, and Amazon.

You will verify VIN-part matches, package and ship items, and keep customers informed with accurate tracking. Proficiency with Excel and navigating multiple online platforms is essential to create a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

Must be highly detail-oriented and accurate with numbers and records.
Proficient with Excel and comfortable navigating multiple online platforms.
Experience in customer service, retail, or fulfillment is preferred (6 months–1 year).
Familiarity with online marketplaces like OPG, eBay, Amazon is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: pull, locate, and verify customer online orders across OPG, eBay, Subaru of the Rockies, and Amazon.
Verify VIN-part matches and contact customers if there are discrepancies; verify parts for OPG orders.
Package and ship merchandise using proper standards and provide accurate tracking information.
Customer Experience: answer calls, check emails, and keep notes organized for quick responses.
Financial & Administrative: record e-commerce transactions in Excel and reconcile with bank deposits.
