Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our Welkom-based team. You will craft digital narratives, produce content, and manage social channels to drive e-commerce growth in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a strong portfolio, writing and visual storytelling skills, competency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, SEO awareness, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and sales while staying on brand.

About the Role

Our client, a vibrant online retailer, is looking for a creative and strategic E-commerce Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join their team based in Welkom . This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting compelling digital narratives and managing engaging social media presences that drive e-commerce sales. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing high-quality content across various platforms, while also managing the day-to-day operations of our social media channels. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility while ensuring collaborative synergy within our Welkom office. We seek an individual who can blend creative flair with analytical insights to elevate our brand's online footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with e-commerce goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, for social media, blog posts, and website.
• Manage all social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance and website traffic, providing reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, content creation techniques, and e-commerce best practices.
• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions, both remotely and in the Welkom office.

Requirements
