The Recruiting Hive is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to manage apparel imagery and digital assets across major retailer websites. You will ensure accurate placement, branding consistency, and timely updates of product content.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize online presentations and support retailer programs. Attention to detail and familiarity with CMS and DAM/PIM tools are essential.

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Experience uploading and organizing product images or digital assets on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong eye for visual presentation, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
• Comfort navigating retailer portals and learning different CMS.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills for multiple products and deadlines.
• Familiarity with PIM or DAM platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Upload and manage product photography and digital assets across retail partner websites.
• Ensure images are properly placed, formatted, and displayed to meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages to confirm imagery is accurate, consistent, and visually appealing.
• Maintain and update digital product content as new styles and seasons become available.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure assets are published timely.
• Assist with e-commerce sales by maintaining compelling online product presentations across accounts.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or incorrect placements and coordinate corrections.
