Ascendum Solutions in Monroe, OH is seeking an analytics professional to conduct deep-dive KPI analyses for e‑commerce. You will partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Site Experience to build reporting tools and drive the digital plan.

Responsibilities include creating daily and periodic dashboards, analyzing logistics and sales performance, and delivering insights with action plans to optimize revenue and forecast accuracy for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in eCommerce, merchandising, financial reporting, planning or forecasting.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Shows high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Create daily/period/yearly digital tools, reports and analyses for KPI performance against plan.
• Serve as point of contact for e‑commerce logistics and financial questions.
• Design and monitor reports to analyze logistics data and identify trends.
• Prepare reports for monthly executive reviews and Open to Buy.
• Develop insights and action points for senior leadership on sales and costs.
• Generate insights for performance vs budget/forecasts and identify trends.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics to optimize the digital shelf catalog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across digital channels to provide performance insights.
• Assess risks/benefits of strategies including email, promotions and coupons.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and build forecasting templates.
• Create/update templates for period/quarterly reports for management.
