Job summary

Reading Truck in Reading, PA is seeking an E-Coat Hanger / Scape / Prep Skilled for 1st shift to prepare truck bodies for the E-Coat process and ensure an even finish meeting process requirements. You will operate and set up precision scraping and sanding tools, sand and scrape metal parts to the required dimensions, use hand tools, and assist with loading/unloading heavy equipment.

• Knowledge of hand tools is a plus though not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up precision scraping and sanding tools
• Sanding and scraping internal and external surfaces of metal parts to a smooth and even finish
• Loading/unloading very heavy equipment
• Manually pushing/pulling equipment and parts from inventory based on the job order
