Job summary

J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. is seeking an E-Coat Hanger/Scape/Prep Skilled on 1st shift in Reading, PA. You will help prepare truck bodies for the E-Coat process, ensuring an even finish that meets E-Coat specifications.

Responsibilities include operating scraping and sanding tools, finishing surfaces to required dimensions, and handling heavy equipment loading/unloading. Basic hand tools are used; experience with drills, rivet guns, wrenches, and caulk guns is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hand tools knowledge is helpful
• Ability to operate and set up precision scraping and sanding tools
• Experience handling heavy equipment and moving parts is a plus
• Ability to use common hand tools like drill, rivet gun, wrenches, caulk gun

Responsibilities

• Sand and scrape internal and external surfaces to required finish
