Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking an e-Builder Consultant to support day-to-day client operations, leverage integration expertise, and drive software adoption across projects. You will coordinate training, manage project timelines, and ensure reliable PM systems for multiple clients.

The role may involve remote work, travel up to 25%, and possible in-office client engagements. Ideal candidates have e-Builder experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-Builder experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver a higher level of service as a core Avicado value.
• Maintain client’s e-Builder project management database for reliability.
• Manage implementation schedules and custom reporting solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training including content and materials.
• Promote software adoption and address user barriers.
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Lead change management and invoicing e-Builder processes.
• Lead effort to integrate e-Builder with client financial systems.
