Job summary

• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of the timepiece industry.

• Proficiency with computers; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• College degree preferred; language skills are a plus.

• Develop client relationships through targeted outreach, CRM campaigns, and accurate client data capture.
• Deliver professional service across digital channels, including virtual selling and chat, and resolve client concerns.
• Coordinate with Maison teams and customer service specialists to support clients and resolve escalated cases.
• Maintain knowledge of IWC products, brand history, industry news, and competitive brands.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of the timepiece industry.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and technology; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
