Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator in San Francisco. This role is crucial for submitting electronic invoices and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong software troubleshooting skills and have knowledge of accounting principles, with at least one year of experience in billing processes. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary between USD $75,000 and USD $90,000.
The E-Billing Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Billing team. This role will be responsible for the submission of electronic invoices to clients on a monthly basis, as well as preparing and submitting monthly e‑invoices to corporate clients and ensuring all client and firm guidelines are followed during the submission process. This role will be located in either our San Francisco, San Diego, Downtown Los Angeles, Silicon Valley or Chicago office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
