E-bikes Plug is Anaheim's premier destination for electric bikes, seeking an energetic E-bike Sales Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role blends a passion for sustainable mobility with a rewarding sales career in a fast-growing industry.

You will greet customers, guide them through models and pricing, conduct test ride consultations, and strive to meet personal and team targets while staying current on e-bike tech and features. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or B2C sales experience.
• Seeking bilingual salesperson fluent in Spanish.
• Genuine passion for e-bikes, cycling, or sustainable urban mobility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications with confidence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for POS, workorder systems and CRM tools.

• Assist with work order entry for service repairs.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Support showroom merchandising, inventory management, and product displays.

• Basic Bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and displays
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours as needed
