E-bikes Plug is looking for an energetic E-bike Sales Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role blends customer service with product knowledge to match riders with the perfect e-bike.

You will greet customers, demonstrate models, discuss features and pricing, and close sales while building lasting relationships. A passion for e-bikes and comfort with a commission-driven environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or B2C sales experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical product specifications clearly.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays and in a commission-driven environment.

• Support showroom merchandising, inventory management, and product displays

Requirements:

• Seeking bilingual salesperson fluent in Spanish.
• Genuine passion for e-bikes, cycling, or sustainable urban mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications with confidence
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency for POS, workorder systems and CRM tools
• Basic Bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and displays
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours as needed
