Job summary

Whizz in San Francisco, CA seeks a Field Recovery Agent on a 1099 contract to perform e-bike and debt collections. You will conduct trips to recover bikes, communicate with debtors, and manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion. Travel across SF and potentially other cities is required.

The role requires 1 year of security-related experience and strong multitasking, detail-orientation, and interpersonal skills. Car ownership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of San Francisco, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
