Job summary

Whizz Inc. is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in Chicago, IL to recover electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors. You will coordinate round trips, communicate balances, and document activity in CRM and Notion. This 1099 contract role requires driving and availability across the city and state.

Prior security, police, or military experience is strongly preferred, with car ownership and willingness to travel a must. Compensation includes hourly pay plus gas and tolls.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.
• Willingness to travel within Chicago, IL, and to other cities for day trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
