Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Experience communicating with debtors and collecting.
• Ability to use CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Travel within Chicago, IL and other cities for day trips.
