International Leadership of Texas seeks a Dyslexia Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to serve students with dyslexia with evidence-based, multisensory literacy instruction.
The role involves lesson planning, progress monitoring for 504/IEP plans, behavior management, and collaboration with families and staff in a fast-paced charter school setting in Texas.
Certification in CALP/CALT preferred; bachelor’s degree required; willingness to pursue ILTexas credentialing training is expected.

Compensation package for certified teachers starting at $59,000*
Compensation package for non-certified teachers starting at $56,000*
Under the program supervision of the charter Dyslexia Implementation Specialist, the campus Dyslexia Teacher provides students evidence-based, multisensory structured literacy instruction for students with dyslexia, in accordance with the Texas Dyslexia Handbook. The teacher is responsible for lesson planning, record keeping, and appropriate case management and progress monitoring of 504 Plans and Individualized Education Programs. Additionally, teacher is responsible for management of student behavior, classroom safety, and communication with students, staff and parents. Students served are in need of intense systematic dyslexia instruction and may be served under a Section 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program.
