Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift and Night Shift | Overtime & Weekends as Needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engine setup, instrumentation, and teardown for dynamometer testing.
- Monitor live test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure test quality.
- Support programs involving powertrain mapping, combustion analysis, emissions compliance, and mechanical power testing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and test results for engineering reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with powertrain dynamometer testing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and dyno control systems.
- Must own personal tools and rolling tool chest.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Automotive Technology or related field.
- Engine teardown/build experience using technical manuals.
- Exposure to powertrain calibration, diagnostics, or control systems.
- Basic fabrication skills.
- Experience with AVL PUMA 2.0 or A&D iTest dyno software.
