Job summary

Dynamite in Woodfield Mall is seeking a friendly, fashion-focused Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, help customers find confidence in their outfits, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, uphold brand presentation and visual standards, stay knowledgeable about products, and collaborate with teammates to drive store performance while fulfilling flexible scheduling needs,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of sales experience in retail is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media familiarity, mobile device skills and computer literacy are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Associate is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to each customer, and build long term relationships with each customer. You will participate in all the essential duties that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the store, while maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards of the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Has the ability to work as a team
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service

• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
