Job summary

Go Fractional in New York seeks a senior Dynamics CRM Tech Lead to architect and deliver marketing solutions using Dynamics CRM and Adobe AEM. You will guide solution design across application areas, align with enterprise architects, and drive value for the client.

This role leads cross-regional teams, participates in discovery and design phases, ensures standards, and mentors staff while translating business direction into actionable IT activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership and development experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading MS Dynamics CRM and Customer Service technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related architectures.
• Experience with Microservices and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Dynamics CRM and Marketing projects.
• Define roadmaps and align IT initiatives with business strategy.
• Review code and ensure quality of software artifacts.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-regional teams.
• Ensure solutions meet company standards and security guidelines.
