Job summary

Beam Living is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Team Lead in New York to guide the architecture, design, and delivery of CRM solutions on Dynamics 365. You will balance technical leadership with people management, overseeing developers, BAs, and QA testers to deliver complex business-aligned solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development, strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience leading or supervising cross-functional teams, including developers, BAs, and QA.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET and JavaScript for CRM development (plugins, services, integrations).
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices.
• Experience with web resources, deployment pipelines and CRM solution management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Serve as hands-on technical lead, contributing to development in C#, including plugins, integrations, and custom services.
• Ensure best practices in solution design, performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee lifecycle management, including development, testing, production environments, deployments, and upgrades.
